The manager ended up giving us a free wash and sprayed it down himself and dried it himself. He asked us if we could go back through again because he wanted to get the tire shine right and gave us another free Ultimate Wash! My car should be shined up and ready for winter now lol. The staff spent extra time prewashing the heavy and frozen road grime off before the touchless washers went to work doing their thing. The staff then spent extra time and did an excellent wipe down. This is by far the best touchless carwash that I've ever been to!
